Training Nissan’s employees through a
“local global” campaign

The challenge:

Creating a global platform to train Nissan’s employees on the company’s transition to an electric automotive future.

Our approach:

As well as producing a new training module to prepare and support Nissan and Renault’s worldwide workforce on the journey from fossil fuels to electric vehicles, we also produced a campaign to communicate the reasons for and importance of the transition.

This multifaceted campaign supported Nissan’s overarching needs in terms of preparing its staff for the automotive industry’s electric transition through the provision of a full campaign toolkit including design, communication and thought leadership.

Meanwhile, we supported this global campaign with a localised delivery strategy that empowered regional teams to champion the training and provide their staff with on-the-ground support through individualised toolkits that resonated locally and aligned with their particular requirements.

Impact:

Our approach worked wonders, with the campaign experiencing a high uptake in all regions and proving extremely popular right across Nissan’s global teams.
