HN Communications is a boutique, B Corp-certified consultancy founded by Helen Neal in 2017. We help boards and leadership teams strengthen corporate reputation, communicate sustainability progress credibly and navigate external pressures through senior counsel.

Meet Helen Neal
Helen brings 25 years of experience in communications, reputation and policy, including roles at Nissan, Virgin Atlantic and the UK Parliament. She understands how large organisations make decisions, how policy shapes their environment and what it takes to earn trust beyond the business.
Since founding HN, she has worked with global brands and NGOs on leadership positioning, stakeholder relationships and sustainability communications. She brings an established network and an experienced external perspective to the questions leaders need to resolve.
Helen holds an MA in War Studies from King’s College London and was named Professional of the Year at the PRCA DARE Awards in 2024.
