Our Work

Business challenges made clearer, and ambitions moved forward

Our work shows how clear narratives, leadership preparation and stakeholder engagement help organisations communicate change and build credibility. These examples bring our reputation and sustainability communications experience to life.

Asahi at United Nations Leaders Summit 2024

Asahi

Building sustainability credibility and leadership visibility.

Asahi needed its sustainability work to be better understood internally and externally. Our retained support combines strategic narrative, executive communications, stakeholder engagement and NGO relationships.

We have supported leadership participation in global forums and strengthened internal communications. In 2023, 214 internal posts and articles attracted more than 419,000 views. Alongside the communications, our role is to provide trusted counsel and connections that support Asahi’s wider ambitions.

aston martin at london stock exchange

Aston Martin

Preparing leadership to explain a changing business.

Aston Martin needed a coherent narrative around electric vehicles and net zero. We worked on leadership messaging and investor-facing communications, supported by speeches, presentations and relevant speaking opportunities.

The work equipped senior leaders to explain the company’s direction and introduce audiences to the innovation and expertise behind its brand.

Bosch Hydrogen for Life 2023

Bosch

Creating a platform for innovation and influence.

We devised an online series exploring the future of innovation, which developed into Hydrogen for Life. Across three consecutive years, the event attracted approximately 4,000 attendees and received the PRMoment Event of the Year award in 2024.

The work gave Bosch a platform to bring people together around an important transition and demonstrate its expertise. Our wider partnership has included campaigns and communications marking 125 years in the UK.

Climate Week New York Opening Ceremony

Climate Week NYC

HN Communications supported key events during Climate Week NYC, including the Opening Ceremony, The Hub Live, and the first-ever Food Day. We brought together over 3,000 participants, including global leaders, brands, governments and NGOs, making Climate Week NYC one of the largest events of its kind globally. We supported clients like Climate Group, Asahi and the Global Electronics Council, while also launching a new global NGO, Tilt Collective. Beyond these efforts, we also facilitated collaborations, arranged in-person meetings with organisations including the United Nations and provided additional support and connectivity for our clients, adding significant value for them.

Global Renewables Alliance

Supporting a global forum for the energy transition.

HN supported Global Renewables Alliance’s Global Renewables Summit in New York. The summit brings political leaders, businesses, investors and international organisations together around the renewable energy transition.

This work sits at the intersection of business, policy and sustainability, where the quality of engagement and delivery matters to the organisations in the room.

HEINEKEN MyHR platform

HEINEKEN

Helping a global workforce embrace change.

HEINEKEN needed employees to understand and adopt its MyHR digital platform. We developed the communications strategy and created adaptable materials for regional teams, with training and support for local implementation.

The campaign connected the global rollout with employees’ day-to-day working lives, helping teams explain the benefits of the change in a locally relevant way.

ResponsibleGlass

Turning a new initiative into an engaged community.

We supported the public launch of ResponsibleGlass, an initiative developing a global sustainability standard for glass production. Its December 2025 launch generated 128 registrations, 72 live attendees, 1,583 recording views and 107 newsletter contacts.

We then supported its brand, authority and member communications. Since launch, membership has grown from 13 to 23 organisations, giving the initiative a broader base from which to advance its work.

  • "I wanted to formally thank you – and your amazing team – for doing such an amazing job on Forum III. Having you and the team there to lead, and support us, on many of the different aspects of Forum III was totally invaluable, and was the biggest contributing factor for the event going so smoothly and creating so much impact."

Alison Lucas, Director of Communications, ResponsibleSteel

  • “HN Communications adapted to our team’s way of working as they provided support for our Opening Ceremony and The Hub Live events, both of which were hugely important and influential in setting the tone for the remainder of Climate Week NYC 2023. HN Communications proved irreplaceable, and we are already looking forward to welcoming them back to support our 2024 implementation.”

Mandy Simmons, Head of Events, Climate Group

  • “Helen’s expertise from her former experience helped convince us to use HN Communications in our activities beyond event management, including our celebrations of Bosch’s 125 years in the UK – working conceptually, in policies and frameworks, climate change and actions towards environmental and sustainability topics – so I would definitely recommend HN Communications. It’s a small agency, but big in the impact they make and the work they deliver. Excellent, excellent, excellent, I can only recommend!”

Eman Martin-Vignerte, Director, Sales and Business Development, Bosch

  • “Having a partner you can trust, a partner who brings expertise not just in communications but specifically in sustainability communications, a partner who is credible, ethical and who not only supports you but also brainstorms with you and challenges you is how I would define the partnership that we have with HN Communications. Helen’s leadership in sustainability communications speaks volumes through her contributions to our sustainability programmes in both internal and external communications as well as stakeholder engagement. Helen and her team’s sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability have ensured the continued success of our work together.”

Preeti Srivastav, Group Head of Sustainability, Asahi Europe and International
